How to Use Cruise Avails

Browse, filter, and book artist availability in a few quick clicks

Start with every act on the home page

When you open Cruise Avails, our full roster of artists is already on screen. No search needed. Just click on an act to see the calendar.

Narrow the list with the three filters on the left

The sidebar has three filters — Category, Location, and Port & Dates. Every selection you make tightens the list in real time. Pick as many categories and locations as you like.

✅ Multi-select is on — choose several categories or locations at once

Add a port and dates to see who's actually available

Enter your sailing dates (and an optional port) at the bottom of the sidebar. The grid instantly narrows to only the artists who are free during that window.

🔍 Port is optional — dates alone will give you the available roster

Click an act to open their full profile on the right

The profile panel shows their availability highlighted in green and a full 24-month calendar.

Compare and refine — the profile stays put

An act's profile stays open on the right until you click another act or change your filters. Switch between artists freely, or tweak your search at any time to see a new shortlist.

💡 Quick tip

You can refine your search at any time. Filters, port, and dates all update the grid instantly — there's no "submit" button and nothing to reset.
